Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing or e-mailed to the Focus Secretariat:

Registration Fees

Cancellations received on or before 2 March 2007: an administration fee of £50 will be charged and deducted from any refund issued.

Cancellations received after 2 March 2007: no refunds will be issued.

Hotel Accommodation

Cancellations received on or before 2 March 2007: no charge will be made.

Cancellations received after 2 March 2007: hotels will deduct from your credit card an amount up to the value of the duration of the stay booked.
