Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing or e-mailed to the Focus Secretariat:

Registration Fees

Cancellations received on or before 28 March 2008.
An administration fee of £50 will be charged and deducted from any refund issued.

Cancellations received after 28 March 2008.
No refunds will be issued.

Hotel Accommodation

Cancellations received on or before 28 March 2008.
No charge will be made.

Cancellations received after 28 March 2008.
Hotels will deduct from your credit card an amount up to the value of the duration of the stay booked.
