Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be sent in writing or e-mailed to the Focus Secretariat.

Registration Fees

Cancellations received on or before 23rd March 2012.
An administration fee of £50 will be due and will be deducted from any refund issued.

Cancellations received after 23rd March 2012.
Full payment is due and no refunds will be issued.

Hotel Accommodation

Cancellations received on or before 23rd March 2012 (Hilton and Hampton by Hilton 28th January 2012).
No charge will be made.

Cancellations received after 25th March 2011 (Hilton and Hampton by Hilton 28th January 2012).
Hotels will deduct from your credit card an amount up to the value of the duration of the stay booked. Please note that any reduction in room nights will be treated as a cancellation by the hotel and the hotel will be entitled to take payment from the card provided.
