Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be sent in writing or e-mailed to the Focus Secretariat.

Registration Fees

Cancellations received on or before 13th April 2015.
An administration fee of £50 will be due and will be deducted from any refund issued.

Cancellations received after 13th April 2015.
Full payment is due and no refunds will be issued.

Accommodation cancellations

All accommodation cancellations must be notified in writing to the conference secretariat.

Cancellations received before 13th April 2015 - no penalty.

Cancellations received after 13th April 2015 or non-arrival - hotels will deduct from the credit card provided an amount up to the value of the duration of the stay booked. Please note that any reduction in room nights after 13th April 2015, will be treated as a cancellation by the hotel.
